(A, C) At 8 weeks, the MDA concentrations in the SMX and liver were similar between the groups. At 16 weeks, the MDA levels were lower in the SMX and the liver of B6DC compared to that of B6. (B, D) Interestingly, The MDA concentrations both in the SMX and in the liver increased with age only in the B6 mice. Values are presented as mean±standard error of the mean.
